During this guided relaxation meditation participants will be led into deep relaxation through gently releasing tension and stress in each of the major muscle systems and inviting rejuvenation into the body at the cellular level. At the conclusion of this meditation participants will feel calmer and more rejuvenated, as if they have had a mini-spa experience.
